About

With more than 15 years of practical experience in the construction of armored
military vehicles and welding technology – and more recently as an international
consultant – I am proud to work as an independent consultant under the name
LWT Lochtenberg Welding Technology.

I support defense companies and suppliers in optimizing welding and assembly
processes, quality assurance and project management in armored vehicle
construction. Practical, reliable and always focused on maximum quality and
safety.

My ability to optimize processes and create a motivating working environment
has contributed significantly to increasing efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Through my training in Leadership and various follow-up courses, such as World
Class Manufacturing, I have gained solid knowledge that I successfully apply in
my professional practice. My strengths lie particularly in developing and
implementing process improvement solutions and in leading teams through clear
communication and purposeful action.
